Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know plans change — you’re on vacation, after all! We’ll always do our best to make things easy.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before your scheduled paint party are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, as your canvases, supplies, and materials have already been prepared specifically for your group.

Weather happens! Since our parties currently take place outdoors at the beach access across from Café Thirty-A, we keep a close eye on conditions. If weather makes it unsafe or unreasonable to paint, we’ll work with you to reschedule your party or issue a full refund.

If we need to cancel for any reason, you’ll always have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

No-shows are non-refundable.
